50 Cent's Birthday Checklist
Jan. 21st, 2004 11:02 amIs
tromboneborges called "Shortie"? Well, no. He isn't a kid or a small woman or really very small, yet not tall enough to be called "Shortie" in that ironic way that large men are called "Tiny".
Was it his birthday? Technically it was Friday, but I think that you really get an entire weekend as birthday carry-over, so yes.
Did we party? Oh my yes. By the way, that sublime skirt steak, easily the best steak I have ever eaten, was my entree. Jyee-ah!
Did we drink Bicardi? Well, we did have Mojitos. And apparently some of the party had in their possession a bottle of 151 that was not consumed. But we also drank a great deal of wine with dinner.
Did we give a fuck? Hell no!
Four out of five--I'd say we passed.
I don't find that I have much to add to the account of the festivities of Saturday and Sunday except that it was fun to meet more of Josh's friends. Monday found me packing the kitchen of one miss Emily. Said kitchen fit into three boxes and was packed in about two hours, due more to her small collection of pottery (and almost no glassware) than to my efficiency. For my efforts, I got a lunch so large I also ate it for dinner. =^_^=
