Reasons to be Cheerful

1. A very nice out of town trip. So good to get away from everything that was upsetting me. I hope I have more perspective now on everything.

2. The sequel to EWFS continues to float around my head. Oddly, it would appear that with war coming in EWFS, everyone is cheerful. But with war over, everyone is angsty. Hrm.

3. ballyharnon. Because angeldemaria welcomed me home, which made my day yesterday and started this whole cheerfulness thing. Because she introduced me to regardingmoony. Because she just posted Chapter 6 of Of Silver to the SBRL list. Because she frolicked in my LJ during Pride and gave me a preview. Because she rocks harder than anyone in the fandom, period.

4. Just this morning: the meeting between deanthomas and theirishwonder, which you can see in Dean's LJ. Oh yeah, baby. Read it and see why Seamus/Dean is the bestest, ever. ::floats away in bliss::

5. alexmalfoy, who has to be the most entertaining person on the planet.

6. vanityfair's LUW 11, for which I am formulating a thoughtful review.

7. The CR crew: raymarie, lilito, syddle, o0oisiso0o, Katie (who isn't here yet but we're working on it) and the MIA and much-missed Ophelia. RIP CR.

8. Everyone I have met here through Aja, John and Alex. Every time a new person wanders into my LJ I feel that much more connected. And honored, frankly.

9. My twin, the evil twins, the gardener of special flowers, the wrangler of the cast of thousands, the missed and loved, and, yes, the enforcer. You know why.

Re lfpa: O, that I had the power to make them join, but controlled by me they are not. They swear fealty to nocturne_alley. If they were mine--well, I was going to say if they were mine they'd already be fucking, but as the ones I do control aren't fucking yet (http://www.schnoogle.com/authorLinks/Clio/Eight_Ways_From_Sunday/) I can't really say that.

oh, well, the fact that it's the shrub is just sort of incidental. i was going for the cute ickle punk-ish 'i rock' hand gesture, and that was the only pic i could find. really, the effect could have been much better. my bad, as the saying goes.

uhm, and it's really just inviting snarkiness to go around saying that i rock. so snark away. ^_^

i do have the technology to force dean and shay to join my community, through this amazing piece of technology called the admin console. should i be thusly evil? ^_~
