Hey, it's a poll!
Aug. 29th, 2010 11:15 pmHey, it's a poll!
So for the BB fics, for submitting my draft, I have to fill out a header. Part of that header is warnings. The header will be used for the artists (and mixers) to choose a fic to work on.
Here's what warning line says:
I've never had to warn for smut before! And as I said in my recent entry about happy fic it's become my understanding that most of you neither write nor want to read fic that has a happy ending, nor do you think that comic fic or fic with a lighter storyline can be good fic. (The relatively low number of us discussing it in the comments of that entry definitely cemented that idea in my mind, haha!) So given that, my question is:
By lighter storyline I mean the stuff I tend to write in my longer chaptered fic: Adam Lambert and David Cook solve a mystery about planted drugs! Blake and Chris write songs together in the Brill Building in 1962! Jim and Bones make a movie! Eight Hogwarts students fall in love! (These are the kinds of stories that back in HP days used to be referred to as "stories without a plot.")
Thanks!

Should I warn for happy ending/comic fic for my Big Bang fics?
