Ah. Not a napper

It's the sort of Sunday afternoon where many people would like a nap, but as I am not a napper I'm letting D have his nap and I'm here on the computer doing a few things. It's been a nice relaxing time so far, I must say, and my vacation hasn't even really begun—it's only Sunday! Lovely. Lots of driving around in the sunshine, errands run and all of that. Saw Garden State last night and liked it a good deal.

D made me a breakfast of pancakes and eggs this morning and we ate and read the NYTimes out on his patio. In it was an essay on YA lit in schools that I found interesting though ultimately disappointing because it didn't really go anywhere, but I'm very interested particularly in whatblackholly and calloocallay think, and wanted to bring it to pegkerr's attention as well.
ETA: Sadly I am a moron who forgot to put the link in for the essay!
