Snowbound. Let's stay in today.

So, Thursday was company holiday party and I got reasonably drunk and stayed late, go me. Got to watch the CEO have a beer chugging contest. No, I'm not kidding, yes, she won, and no, I don't think they let her win, actually. Oh, and I got some of my DVDs in the mail, hurrah!

Yesterday, managed to do some work, then faffed off to pick up ladylisse and misscora from their only slightly belated train (and that was because of a fire, not the snow). We grocery shopped, got booze, then went to pick up evil_erato from her very late, sadly packed train. Poor woobie. We waited for probably 25 minutes in a cab stand, and then finally we were home and warm. I made these sort of veggie fajitas, with Cora as an excellent sous-chef, and cozy shack pudding for dessert. Going to make the left over veggies into omelets this morning. Then I have no idea. I'm thinking frolicing in the snow is a no-go, as Lisse and Cora don't have tons of extra clothes to get wet, and eh. I'd rather look at it, at the moment. Am rather sad that our girl won't be seeing sternel today, but am also very sure that tomorrow will work out for them.
