jlhSuper early this week because thanks to the American Thanksgiving holiday there's no Community and Top Chef is a clip show. There was also no Castle because ABC was premiering "Skating with the Stars" which wasn't very good and would have been even worse without the presence of Johnny Weir and Dick Button.
How I Met Your Mother: I still don't like Zoe and I'm not sure her whole "my step daughter doesn't like me" makes her more sympathetic. The Blitz thing, though, was classic HIMYM.
Hawaii 5-0: Nice mystery, nice use of ex-wife. I liked what they did with her character, too, though it was fairly clear with what we know of Danno that she wasn't going to be portrayed as some bitch, because Danno is pretty tough to live with in the first place. Also Danno called Steve "babe" in the most casual manner possible. God, they should just have them fuck already; it's kind of absurd.
Dancing with the Stars: I'm still annoyed that Maks and Brandy didn't get a chance at the finale, but glad that Jennifer won. They certainly had a great freestyle. And the paso with Rick Fox and Kurt Warner was so fun—I mean, it started with Rick bouncing a basketball in time with the opening notes of "Eye of the Tiger." Also, Xtina.
Glee: I really liked it! Love Carol Burnett; love all appearances of Burt Hummel; totally interested in what will happen with Kurt at "tolerance narnia"; nice to see Finn finally fucking stepping up, which he's been failing to do for the last year.
