final tally! and thank you!
Aug. 30th, 2010 11:55 pmThanks for your input on the summaries and your thoughts on warnings. I really appreciate it! I ask these questions because sometimes my inner pendulum swings a little too far and I have to figure out where center is again.
I've sent in both of my BB drafts (and btw, if you have a STBB draft to send in, send it now—I got my confirmation 90 minutes after I sent mine this evening) and while ST went through beta as I went along, the rpf is just going there now. I'm not writing. Weird!
Here is the final progress bar of proper text, sans code and all that, for my
rpf_big_bang fic:
I finished the draft on Thursday night, and then edited it Friday night/Saturday morning and sent it to the awesome
ignaz. Folks, I wrote 15,000 words in two weeks. Crazy!

Date: 2010-09-01 03:34 am (UTC)I just had a lot of downtime at work because I'm still kinda new, and then also my way of working is to think and think and think, and then write and write and write. It's always been that way, with work stuff and with papers for school and stuff like that. In fact it's sort of a relief—that's what went away, when I had to leave school because of the anxiety attacks. I'd think and think and think, and then go to write and nothing would happen. So it's nice to have my productivity back. This was definitely extreme though—I think the ST BB just put me on a roll!
