Well, I'm off

Work now--then I'm flying to London this evening. Am stressed because there is a lot that needs to get done at work before I go. Eep.

However, I am packed, I have all my cds/reading selected, I'm ready to go. I'll be back Monday night. I expect to be completely offline in the meantime. Yes, that's five days offline. Please, let's not have the panic we had over Christmas, okay?

I've discussed this idea with a few people, and since I'll be offline I won't post it now, but I think I might have worked out something that explains the low levels of femslash AND the relative tameness of het smut. More later.
