Phew. It is so nice to just be able to sit in my own apartment and just . . . be. Don't get me wrong. I loved seeing my parents and visiting Chris. But being in your own place is always a great thing.

I am also completely sad because everyone is gone.

thezeppo is in town, so I have distractions. Of course, I should be writing, anyway, not galavanting around. But I'd gotten used to the galavanting! *pouts*

I spent some time this evening trying to locate the apparently disappeared Auror Borealis. Am sending the previously excerpted "assfic", entitled Pretty from Behind, to RS this evening. However, in the process I did manage to locate three stories of Auror Borealis on Dark Regard. Does ANYONE know where the sequel to "The Invitation" can be found? Your help would be vastly appreciated.

At one point in "The Invitation", there is the line:
Hermione opened her eyes and looked down at Harry with the purest expression of raw lust he'd ever seen. "Do you like it?" she purred.
This line completely changed the way I saw Hermione and her sexuality. Once I could see her as a character with sexual agency--and I do think there's canon evidence for this, actually; I really argue with seeing her as a prude--I could see my way in. So I am very much in Auror Borealis' debt, not only for the assfic but also for EWfS and all my work that includes Hermione, and I'm only sorry I can't thank her myself.

And the war for dirty het smut continues apace . . .
