So, like, Phoenix Rising, anyone?

I've been inspired by
tartpants to make a "me, as an HP fan" post, pre-Phoenix Rising, which I would be looking forward to if not for the things I have to do before—well, actually, before tomorrow, and since I don't have classes today it isn't horrible, just irritating. Right, anyway.
My name is Clio. I went to Nimbus and had an awesome time and met tons of people, so I went to the Witching Hour where I once again had an awesome time and met tons of people.
A long time ago—well, after GoF—I wrote a story called Eight Ways from Sunday and yes, I honestly am working on a sequel to it. My OTP as you can see from the icon is Seamus/Dean and I love them more than it is possible to love two fictional Wizarding schoolboys, and I have written a pile of other stories about them as well. I am only a fanon shipper, not a canon shipper, and could honestly care less what happens in canon because I don't feel JKR gives good romance anyway. That said, my other fanon ships for reading and writing are Harry/Hermione, Draco/Ginny, Sirius/Remus, Ron/Padma, and Parvati/Pansy. Other than being a
deamus shipper I'm probably mostly known for writing het porn. Almost everything I write is in the same "universe" as EWFS.
I was in
nocturne_alley for some years and if you want to know who I played I'll tell you in the comments. It was probably my single most amazing fandom experience. I also played Andromeda in
thatwasthen and
this_is_now but sadly after she got married and had Tonks there wasn't a whole lot for her to do, so my involvement in the awesomeness of those two rpgs was limited.
Because I was very close to a lot of drama for a long time at the beginning of my HP fandom involvement I burned out on both drama and HP-fandom-as-such, but the truth is that I met many of you through that, and I'm excited to see a pile of you at PR! I'm also looking forward to the seventh book mostly because I want to know what is going to happen.
As for new fandoms, the only one I've really jumped into, and even then only in specific ways, is
idolslash, which is wee and lovely, especially our little club of Rymon awesomeness.
allysonsedai and I will be sitting in the corner squeeing about Rymon and Cake, if you're interested, because it is the spring and this young woman's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of American Idol.
So here's a poll: [Poll #984376]
