Meanwhile, someone on ezboards has the pics from US Weekly of Ryan Seacrest and Teri Hatcher's "date." (I got the link off TWOP.) You don't know how much I hate to say this but wow, this looks staged. He looks more comfortable with his arms around Randy Jackson, never mind Simon. The entire TWOP board, meanwhile, is all "wow, Ryan's beard has the same first name as Simon's!" Take a look for yourself and then vote in last night's poll about them—it's the third question down.

I think it was Ali who said that the American Idol thing is just my reaction to being in school and spending my day thinking about serious things, as opposed to my old job, where I actually spent my day thinking about (how to market) American Idol. Friends, just be patient and scroll past. I promise, I will occasionally post about something important.

Well after I made this post I looked back and saw the post about cultural elitism on the left and some movie reviews (like, Crash) and stuff about writing so that made me feel better about posting about AI all the time and having people skimming the LJ lately.
