LJ Fall Cleaning, and stuff.

I remain Neutral Good which surprises exactly no one. In that spirit, my condolences to my St. Louis friends. Next year!

I've finally come back from my cold-induced haze, though I still wasted my morning by finishing up the great tagging project. Now all my entries, all the way back to the beginning of this journal, are tagged for your convenience and mine, and I see that I average about an entry every day and a half which feels reasonable.

I also changed the colors, having tired of the blue I'm now doing a whole brown-cream thing which I like a great deal.

I've been greatly entertained watching oh_no_nicky explode in the wake of a Nick-centered CSI episode. elmyraemilie made the icon here from that particular episode. Sadly for us, no new episode this week.

Me, I found some screencaps for a VM moment I needed an icon for. Next weekend icon making will be my reward for being a good girl and doing my work. I'm loving VM so far this year though I do not like that Jackie. No I don't.

Which, I should be doing now. Well, the newly re-named wordplay is faffing off so I'll be able to find the strength to get offline like a good girl.

I like your new colors for your LJ. I've been thinking about changing my LJ layout recently; I've had the same one for over two and half years. *is not so good with change, heh!*

A lot of people change theirs all the time but it's sort of a hassle so I tend not to. Besides, I really really like the component style; it's very clean and I like the rounded boxes, and I really love all my Neil Finn/Crowded House labels for everything.

Ihave found, for all the times I've played around, that the Component style is the one I come back to without fail.

Yes, I prefer the component style too, for the reasons Clio lists. Whatever I come up with will be based on Component, but I just need to suss out colors and whatnot.

So, was the little girl alive and found? My parents came into town Thursday night, so I only saw part of the ep. Nick looks pretty happy in your icon, so I'm assuming there was a happy ending...?

Thank you! I like the colors but I wish that within the 216 there was a paler cream color for the background. It's a bit darker than I really wanted.

I'm so glad you got the tape. I'm more than happy to tape for you all season, as it's just sitting on the ol' TIVO, and next time I'll send it UPS! The icon is actually from half way through the episode, when Sara is saying to Nick that the girl probably isn't alive and he replies to her, "I was found." So the happiness, the hopefulness, is about what happened to him that he's carrying forward, I think. However, if you want me to spoil you I will!

DL'ing is your friend. 6.01 was awesome; 6.02 was fine; 6.03 I wasn't impressed by; 6.04 was also fine; 6.05 was fucking AMAZING.

And you know, they'll be running repeats for most of the spring anyway.
