Also, if UPN keeps fucking with the Veronica Mars schedule I'm going to get really pissy. We've missed three eps! Grr! However, I'm love love loving it, and Desperate Housewives. Now I just have to get better about appointment television and general CD listening. Which really means, I need to get the damn tivo in the cable box!
Thanks to everyone who commented on the music reqs post. Also, if any of you were wondering if C actually exists, wonder no more. (You know, I need to scan a picture of him and me as ickle things. That would make an excellent icon.)
Right now I'm listening to Nellie McKay, which I really love, which D had thrust into my hand while I was in Cali. I highly recommend to those who like quirky, immensely talented singer-songwriters with clever lyrics and interesting instrumentation who probably wouldn't fit in on Lilith Fair.
I had this really weird dream last night that the police came to my office and were all, hey! you never picked up your baby from the hospital and I was like, you never said it was time! You never called! and I couldn't remember who the father was, or the actual birth, and so I lied on the birth certificate and said it was C's because I couldn't think of anyone else's name. I'm sure all this means is tick-tock.
Oh, and I still have that head cold. However, I won't make the mistake of going to bed at 10:30pm like I did on Friday, as that merely led to my waking up at 4:30am. Even when sick, I can't seem to sleep that much. I know this will come in handy when I finally drop some foals, and it's nice to be able to get things done, but it's annoying to feel drowsy in the evening and know that going to bed early won't have much of a reward.
