jlhSo I didn't have any plans for today, at all, except maybe doing some cleaning and cooking. However, I was also pretty damn tired from my adventures of the week.
I went up to the fun going-away party for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
maybethemoon, picking up bhanesidhe at the bus station on my way to the restaurant, where I was expecting heinous_bitca and hoping for emsariel, dezzikitty and jiggery_pokery (all of whom were there) and was pleasantly surprised by tromboneborges, epicyclical and the_snoo. After a really wonderful dinner and fitting send off for our Moony, I went to C's to crash on his couch—and he mentioned how odd it was to see me when he'd left me in LA.
But two early flights in one week did me in and last night, I crashed pretty hard and today, I just mostly sat around as I had no plans. Now, sometimes it's dicey to be home all day and think that you'll hear from anyone. But this was not the case.

I talked tocalloocallay about her fixed computer and her old clothes.
I talked to my friend C, who called as he was on his way to visit another friend.
I talked to my friend P, who called from Boston because his Caribbean cruise was cancelled.
I talked totitanic_days about UK reality TV and urban planning.
I talked toevil_erato about people with no minds of their own.
I talked tomaybethemoon about my writing. Well, a little.
And yesterday I talked to my friend D about his vacation and other things. You know, it was nice to have people pinging me and calling me, as it is very much usually the other way around. So I feel all loved and stuff.
And yes, I will get out of the house tomorrow.
