jlhAnyone who knows me, knows how contrary I am. I originally thought that I would make a post about shipping in Sex and the City because dude, Ron Livingston is one hot little tomato. But that suddenly seemed disrespectful, and hey, I love this fandom. So instead:
Rach: Haha, I was just looking at [Marysia's death pool].
Rach: Someone took Padma?
Rach: Why?
Clio: that is dumb.
Clio: I'm hoping not, as that would fuck my Ron/Padma epic.
Clio: I say that in all seriousness.
Rach: But seriously, were they sitting there going, "OMG, Padma is not taken?! Wtf?!"
Clio: they must have been.
Rach: "She is clearly marked for death as she dated Ron for a night."
Josh: I have to go with Rach here.
Josh: If JKR cried bitter endless tears writing the death of Padma then she is a sensitive, sensitive soul.
Clio: do you have anything to say about someone taking Padma in the death pool?
Cassie: Nope.
Clio: Man, I wanted a pithy quote. some friend you are.
I've always kept canon and fanon very separate in my head. I came in from canon as a lover of Remus, Seamus, and Oliver, as a S/R and H/H shipper. I've taken a massive journey over the last 20 months, come to know characters I didn't even care about in canon, and seen relationships both romantic and platonic that I never would have though of. And now the time has come to put down the fanon hat and put my canon hat back on.
