Mostly thanks for taking my wibble seriously and being so sweet when I was being so obnoxious and petty. I suppose now is the time to say, there is a lot of RL stuff that is occasionally throwing me off-kilter, though I'm trying to shield everyone from it as much as I can. But I will occasionally totally overreact to crap. Thanks for bearing with me.
As to the race thing: That horrid post has been locked, but you can go here to see not only what I had originally said and her reply, but also an amazing reply bydecafchai about Fair Harvard and how it works. I'm so glad I went there, for so many reasons, mostly my fellow students, and so often when I meet more of them in the world I think, there IS a reason I went there, even if it didn't seem like I belonged at the time.
I wonder if one of the reasons that I love Seamus is that he's a half breed like I am?
In other news, I'm loving the new Madonna cd. As with most of her albums, I'm not so much about the first single, but the sound of the album is great, especially if you liked the more guitar-based songs on Music.
