I hadn't watched the results show when I saw this, so I have now downloaded it and will give you live commentary as I watch (hopefully i do not repeat many of your sentiments because I have not yet read your entire post above):
- The group performances are so so so so cheesy. I'm sure this has been said but COME ON. It's hard to watch. Thoughts during said perormance: Dreadlock guy has got to go. The happy guitar schtick was cool for one night and now he just looks like a freaky space alien that doesn't belong, something about him is just... off. Also he is actually not smart. Like, dumb /// I do not like the pointy nosed beauty pageant blonde girl. I want someone to knock the smug look off her face. /// Super happy blonde girl is growing on me /// Cheesy guy with blonde tuft in the front is so extra cheesy that I can not understand how he made it this far. He is awful. Every move he makes oozes cheese. I thought his Tuesday performance was so bad that they should have just ejected him off the stage with some type of rocket and spared everyone having to not vote for him.

Thoughts during the guys recap (handy because it has their actual names at the bottom): Chikezie was so rad /// I love how Ridiculous Rocker Long Hair Robbie guy had to keep saying how authentic rocker he was when it was clear that David Cook would actually be kick ass in a band. Hope David doesnt get booted for being an idiot with his big stupid mouth /// Michael Johns kinda butchered Fleetwood Mac in hindsight /// Luke Menard is no Freddie Mercury - the fact that he was fool enough to want to be compared to Freddie Mercury and look aaaaawful doing it makes me want him to go. He is on the way out lets hope.

Jason is out. Thank you America. Danny is hilarious - He's pissed that he even had to stand up and goes back to looking at his nails during Jason's exit interview. Hahaha. Jason's wife is pissed. Jason is actually wearing half of one of those 80's BFF heart necklaces - cheesy to the last drop.

Not many thoughts on the girls recap. Amanda is awesome just because she is. So many of the girls are blaaah and I dont think the sea of lookalike blonde chicks is helping things.

Alexandrea - didnt expect that. I liked her and it sucks. Glad it's not Amanda. David A is crying and it makes me think that these really really young people probably have a harder time with all this. Rejection is harder when you're younger and I was so friggin insecure at 17 I can't imagine going through something like this.

Also, I hate how the awesome people act all relieved when they sit down like they were sooo worried - give me a break Carly. Also I notice Pageant Bitch isn't helping her sing at the end... and she looks bored... and that somehow makes me like her more.

Robbie. Good. You had the second most ridiculous hair on the show. Also, Ryan clearly screwed up the announcement and tried to backtrack after kinda letting it slip that you were out. Heh. Who is that hot hot chick on his family chair? Simon is harsh all the way to the end. Awesome. Nobody cries for Robbie, but can you cry during Hot Blooded?
