I'm curious why you don't want to see Million Dollar Baby? (I haven't seen it either, but I don't see many movies anyway)

I know how it ends and it's a kind of story arc that I really, really don't care for AT ALL. Also Hilary Swank irritates me.

I should say, I didn't like The English Patient much either.

That makes sense. Hilary is an actress I am somewhat neutral on these days. I thought she really did do a fantastic job with Boys Don't Cry.

I wasn't wowed by The English Patient either, although I haven't seen it in its entirety.
