I want to make an aside about the drive from downtown Salem to the Sheraton in, hello, Danvers. Granted, Salem and Danvers used to be the same town … in the 17th century.
For some reason this is cracking me up like mad. :)) Perhaps because we had to navigate that road so many damned times or something, so I know exactly what you're on about. :))
I do note, however, that you totally left out us getting lost on the way back to the B&B from the Waterfront on Saturday night. One wouldn't think that getting lost when one is within two blocks of the destination point was possible, but it is. I think we are over-achievers like that. :D
