So I didn't end up cooking, mostly because Holly and Angela and I sat at a coffee shop talking about Holly's book and Angela's quandry. Instead, we got some truly awesome barbeque at a place that had these amazing spice rubbed grilled vegetables, and really, that's what I feel the general bbq experience is missing, veg that is not greens.
