Thanks to everyone who voted yesterday! I'm going with the red, as that was the overwhelming favorite among those who have actually been in my apartment. I realize that my description of my apartment made it sound like there's a lot of color in a small space, which is true, but it's actually quite harmonious. So red it is.

In other reorg news, I filed all my users manuals, so now the pile of crap that keeps growing around here is finally getting a bit smaller. I hate going through papers; it's like this never ending battle against drowning in junk mail with the added anxiety about throwing anything away that might be useful later. Gah! Add to that two bags of seriously culled down crap from my office—I mean, I don't have a desk, what am I going to do with this shit?—and very soon I am going to go insane. And I haven't even started taking all the cds out of the jewel boxes yet!
