Pretty please. With sugar on top. Clean the fucking car.

I write romance fics, of many ratings. I read lots of different fics, but mostly romance. If you don't see something you want to read, write it. If your favorite fics don't get enough attention, pimp them. Write what you want, because you like it. Read what you want, because you like it. If your friend doesn't like what you like, they actually can still be your friend. And . . . that's all I have to say about that.

In other news, the countdown continues for my departure from my current job/career to six fun-filled liminal weeks and thence to higher education. I'm excited; I'm a pile of nerves; I can't wait; I wish I had more time. Transitioning hasn't started yet, and I still have miles to go before I depart, so work has been encroaching.

In the meantime, I have put Spike on my "favorite channels" so I can watch CSI, which is making prime access fun again. Nicky, so hot. However, watching Pulp Fiction with all the swears taken out is a seriously surreal experience.

Meanwhile I am eating a plum, cold from the fridge, and thinking about William Carlos Williams.

A most excellent point.

I can never watch the whole movie, but I absolutely agree with that as I've seen small snippets that way. It was very, very weird.

Had you planed on saving them for breakfast?

I really hope we can hold on to that as HBP comes out. We lost sight of it, a bit, when OotP came out.

I hadn't, but they were delicious. So sweet and so cold.
